Share your vision
Every great project starts with clear communication. We receive your order via email, online form, or in-person request, then confirm all the details—garment or material type, quantities, colors, and deadlines. Once everything’s set, you’ll get a confirmation and your order is entered into our PriceIt tracking system to keep things organized from start to finish.
Design and digitize
Our design team reviews your artwork to make sure it’s ready for embroidery and print. If it needs a touch-up, we handle that too. Once approved, we digitize your design into a DST file and run a sample “sew-out” or print to confirm alignment, size, and quality. You’ll receive a proof for final approval before production begins.
Prepped for take off
Before the first stitch, print, or transfer—we inspect every item for quality, prep stabilizers and backing materials, and match your approved thread and ink colors. It’s a small step that makes a big difference in the finished result.
Stitched to perfection
With everything prepped, your design moves into production—whether it’s stitched, printed, or transferred using our advanced equipment. We monitor each run closely for precision, alignment, and consistency to ensure every piece meets our exacting standards.
Delivery or Pickup
Once your order is complete, we make getting it to you simple. Choose to stop by Thread Connect to pickup your order, we offer delivery within the Grand Rapids area, or shipping straight to your door—fast, reliable, and hassle-free.
